Come over the old wooden bridge that crosses Goshen Creek, pass the pond, and wind up Holiday Hills Rd to the timber-built, willow-framed home-away-from-home we have called Willow Wood. Important Note: There is only enough parking for 2 regular sized vehicles.

White pine cathedral ceilings and wide planked ash floors provide the framework for all of this, warmly folded under quilts and the quality amenities you don’t want to do without.
Yes, we welcome your children and your pets. Four bedrooms will sleep 8. An open great room that brings together the kitchen, fireplace, dining area and living room opens to only one of 3 decks where you might dine, recline, rock or simply melt into our 5-6 person outdoor spa. The views are nestled in the trees with wooded views. Sorry, but there is only enough parking for no more than 3 compact vehicles or 2 larger vehicles.
The master suite invites you with a king size 4 poster bed, private master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate step in shower, a private entrances onto the covered deck where you can relax, sit a spell, and recoup from your busy life. Also enjoy the relaxing 5-6 person hot tub on the deck.
There is also another bedroom on the main level. In this warm room you will find a queen size bed. There is also a 2nd full bathroom with a step in shower across the hall from this bedroom.
As you travel downstairs, you will find 2 very inviting queen size bedrooms and the 3rd full bathroom with a step in shower. There are also decks on the lower level with a large hammock for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Willow Wood Cabin is perfectly postured to provide your escape to the North Carolina High Country, 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 10 minutes or less to ski slopes and trout streams, yet easy connection to the conveniences of shops like the Tanger Outlet Shops in Blowing Rock, necessities and genuinely desired restaurants. We are fortunate to be located 10 minutes from each of the best destinations: Downtown Boone, the Appalachian Ski Mountain and the town of Blowing Rock. At Willow Wood, we believe that nobody should be left behind. We will allow you to bring your four-legged family member with you for a one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $125 per pet, 2 dog MAXIMUM. No cats allowed. Isn't it wonderful that for once you won't have to wonder how your best friend is doing in the kennel "back home?"
There is a 2 night minimum for off peak seasons and a 3 night minimum for the summer months, most holidays and the entire month of October.
4 night minimum for the Thanksgiving holiday
7 night minimum for the July 4th and Christmas/New Year holidays.
Check in time is 4:00 pm or after and check out time is 10:00 am.
NO SMOKING is allowed inside of our cabins!
As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow and some foggy days and occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April. The majority of our homes are accessed by mountain roads, which will be icy in winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means 4-wheel drive, good tires, and chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for hazardous road conditions. There will be NO refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from your negligence in this matter. We have a 3 night minimum during the summer months, starting Memorial Day through Labor Day.
