General Info
• Age Requirement: Must be 25 years or older. Name on reservation must match the credit card. Identity verification required. The booking party must be present at check-in.
• Free Activities: Enjoy one free ticket to top activities in the area every day of your stay.
About Lazy Bear Lodge:
--Newly Built: This charming, private cabin was completed in 2022, combining modern convenience with a cozy retreat.
--Location: Nestled conveniently near Jefferson and West Jefferson, NC with paved access. The driveway is graveled and parking for 2 vehicles.
--Capacity: Ideal for up to 4 guests.
Features:
• Bedrooms: 2 King-size master bedrooms with En Suite bathrooms.
o One bathroom with a walk-in shower.
o One bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
• Amenities:
o Air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating.
o Pet-friendly (maximum of 2 well-behaved, crate-trained dogs; sorry, no cats).
o High-Speed Wi-Fi.
o 3 Samsung Smart TVs (streaming apps available with your own log-ins).
o Fully stocked kitchen: Keurig maker, Crock Pot, blender, hand mixer, etc.
o Washer and Dryer.
• Dining: Table for 4.
Outdoor Space:
• Small hot tub for 2-4 people.
• Solo Stove fire pit (wood not provided).
• Fenced area for pets.
• Covered front porch with rocking chairs.
Pet Policy:
• $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus tax per dog.
• Pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in the trash. The fee does not cover excessive pet hair or damages.
Safety & Privacy:
• Exterior Camera: Located at the side of the house by the driveway. It does not monitor interior spaces or private areas like the hot tub.

Additional Notes:
• Road Noise: The cabin is located above and next to a state-maintained road; some road noise may be present.
• Kitchen Supplies: Well-stocked with utensils and a starter set--2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, liquid hand soap at all sinks, and black makeup wash cloths. Additional supplies may be needed.
• Check-In/Out:
o Check-In: After 4:00 PM
o Check-Out: By 10:00 AM
• Winter Travel: 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended from November through March. Be prepared for possible inclement weather.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel 45 days prior to arrival is subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. Cancellation fee for stays over 28 nights will be 20% of the rental rate. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
